We can only reiterate what has already been said recently here. Josh is very personable and from start to finish he (and his electrician) showed their professionalism, reliability and consideration. Josh went to great lengths to explain options and make recommendations for our particular requirements. The speed of the service was excellent, and the pricing (with Josh explaining govt rebates available) seemed reasonable. Even the clean up was exceptional. We have just moved to the area and Josh was one of our first contacts and we were impressed with his nature and consideration. We would not hesitate to use Josh again should the need arise and would highly recommend Chilko Air to anyone looking for good, well priced service. We view it as a good introduction to the area.

I had the pleasure of Josh coming out to quote me on an air conditioner and install it.
Being a pensioner I mentioned to him that if he could give me the lowest quote, I would really appreciate it. Josh was patient and answered all my questions. Sadly other quotes were rushed and I was even up-quoted (for the k/watt size and price) and Josh's quote was $500-700 LESS than the 3 other quotes.
Josh also has a 7yr warranty whereas others were only 5.
